GMPP Analysis

The Project Data Analytics community have developed a PowerBI dashboard to provide an interactive view on the Infrastructure Project Authority’s Major Projects Portfolio. But this is just the first step. 

There is an opportunity to interrogate the narrative in the underpinning data and use it to explore the relationship between the text and variance. This may help to provide insights into sentiment, lead indicators and areas of potential concern. There may also be an opportunity to extract themes and begin to identify potential issues before they materialise.
