DATA-DRIVEN PROJECT MANAGEMENT IN COMPLEX RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS
This talk highlights the importance of data for an optimized control of complex construction projects. Within this talk Mario Samson will highlight the potential of data-driven project planning, progress monitoring and task management in large-scale residential and commercial construction projects. He will share his own experience of this emergent capability and some of the challenges that we need to grapple with.
BIO
Mario Samson studied Civil Engineering at the University of Central Florida (USA). His interest in infrastructure and working with people exposed him to both design and construction management, where he saw the need for a collaborative and data-driven construction management system. It was then perfect timing for his connection with Sablono, who are generating high-quality data to facilitate continuous process improvements on construction sites.
